Job Summary:
The Utility Staff is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers. This role supports various departments by providing general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office areas, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dealership showroom, service bays, and customer lounges.
- Dispose of garbage and waste materials properly and regularly.
- Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Assist in setting up for meetings, trainings, and other office activities.
- Support minor maintenance and repair tasks, as required.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies.
- Report any damages or concerns to the Facilities or Admin Officer for immediate action.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trustworthy and hardworking
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Housekeeping experience is an advantage
