Job Summary:
The Finance Staff is responsible for supporting the dealership’s financial operations by assisting in daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. This role coordinates with different departments to process transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Processing & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of financial transactions and reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, documents, and supporting files.
- Ensure proper encoding and monitoring of financial data in accounting systems.
- Accounts Monitoring & Reporting
- Support accounts receivable and payable monitoring, including reconciliation of transactions.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial summaries and administrative reports.
- Monitor due accounts and coordinate with concerned departments regarding financial updates.
- System & Administrative Support
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, tracking, and reporting tasks.
- Assist in SAP-related data entry and financial system updates when applicable.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all financial records and reports.
- Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with sales, service, and administrative teams regarding financial documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to dealership financial procedures, internal controls, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive information.
- General Duties
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department
- Assist during audits and internal financial reviews when required.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Finance Supervisor or Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- Must be customer service-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
- Knowledgeable in basic computer functions, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
