Job Summary:
The Marketing Professional is responsible for promoting Toyota’s range of vehicles and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement. This role requires a combination of excellent communication, analytical, and sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of Toyota Butuan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Relations:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles or services.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in completing vehicle purchases, financing, and documentation.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Utilize digital platforms, including social media, to promote Toyota vehicles and reach potential customers.
- Participate in events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Market Research and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales and marketing performance reports to management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and process efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in automotive products, sales processes, and financing options
- Goal-oriented, personable, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, online transactions, and social media marketing
