The Checklister is responsible for conducting systematic inspections and documentation of vehicles to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with dealership standards before and after service or release. The role supports quality control operations by verifying vehicle conditions, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring that all required checks are properly completed to maintain Toyota’s commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection and Documentation
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections using standardized checklists before and after service operations.
- Verify vehicle condition, installed parts, accessories, and completed service work.
- Accurately document inspection findings and report discrepancies or issues immediately.
- Quality Control Support
- Ensure vehicles meet dealership quality and safety standards before turnover or release to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to clarify inspection results and required corrections.
- Assist in maintaining consistency in inspection procedures and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Team Coordination and Communication
- Work closely with service, parts, and release teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate vehicle handling.
- Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to concerned departments.

- Operational Compliance and Safety

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Capable of building teamwork and communicating with teams in achieving organizational goals
- Capable of handling pressure and maintaining a positive mindset during work
- Must have a basic to intermediate understanding of car parts and automotive systems
- With a driver’s license
