Job Summary:
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations across multiple dealership branches within the Caraga region. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, the implementation of marketing strategies, and the maintenance of high standards of customer satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, analytical, and management skills to guide the sales team, optimize performance, and uphold Toyota’s commitment to excellence in sales and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Management:
- Set sales targets, monitor achievements, and implement action plans to meet or exceed objectives.
- Ensure alignment of all dealership sales strategies with Toyota’s corporate goals and standards.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise, team, and motivate sales managers and their teams to maximize performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement coaching programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth.
- Review dealership reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess profitability and efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all branches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and after-sales department to align strategies and ensure seamless operations.
- Report regularly to top management on sales results, market conditions, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and Toyota’s operation guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in automotive sales, with three years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple dealership branches under the Caraga network
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Skilled in sales forecasting, market analysis, and customer relationship management
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Results-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure with integrity and professionalism
