Job Summary:
The New Car Release Staff is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and organized release of new vehicles to customers. This role supports pre-delivery preparation, documentation verification, and coordination with internal departments to ensure that each vehicle release meets dealership standards and delivers a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Release Preparation
- Prepare and inspect vehicles before release to ensure completeness, cleanliness, and readiness for turnover.
- Verify that all required accessories, documents, and vehicle features are complete and functioning properly.
- Assist in coordinating vehicle scheduling and release timelines.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all release documents, checklists, and required paperwork are accurate and properly completed.
- Confirm vehicle details such as model, variant, and features before customer release.
- Maintain organized records of vehicle releases and transactions.
- Customer Turnover Support
- Assist in explaining basic vehicle features and operations during turnover.
- Ensure customers receive a positive and professional release experience.
- Address basic customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
- Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure efficient vehicle release processes.
- Support inventory monitoring related to release vehicles.
- Perform driving duties within dealership operations when required.
- General Duties
- Follow dealership policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors to support smooth dealership operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a high school graduate
- Vocational or college level in Business or Automotive-related courses is an advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s license with Code B
- Familiar with vehicle types, models, and basic features
- Can work under pressure and is willing to work extended hours when needed
