Job Summary:
The Parts Warehouseman at Toyota Butuan is responsible for managing the storage, organization, and distribution of automotive parts within the warehouse. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and knowledge of automotive parts to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system regularly.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and store parts in a systematic and accessible manner to facilitate efficient retrieval and distribution.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Implement best practices for space utilization and inventory storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pick-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfill parts orders and meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts to the appropriate locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and internal staff with parts inquiries and requests.
- Resolve customer issues and discrepancies related to parts orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other warehouse activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing warehouse operations.
