Job Summary:
The Technician is responsible for performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance in accordance with Toyota standards and service procedures. This role ensures high-quality workmanship, accurate problem identification, and efficient service delivery while maintaining strong teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair
- Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance services based on manufacturer standards.
- Accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Service Operations
- Execute repair and maintenance work efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Utilize various diagnostic, repair, and maintenance equipment safely and properly.
- Follow written and oral work instructions, repair manuals, and service guidelines.
- Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all work meets Toyota’s quality control and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, workshop procedures, and occupational safety standards.
- Customer & Team Collaboration
- Support service advisors in explaining technical findings when needed.
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach by ensuring vehicles are serviced accurately and on time.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve workshop productivity targets.
- Establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships within the team
- Documentation & Reporting
- Properly document repairs, parts used, and service activities.
- Report any additional issues or recommendations identified during inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess good automotive knowledge
- Able to follow written and oral instructions

- Able to build and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Knowledgeable in using various diagnostic, repair, and maintenance equipment
