Job Summary:
The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the proper handling, monitoring, and organization of parts, materials, and inventory within the warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient stock movement, and timely coordination with internal departments to support daily dealership operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adherence to warehouse procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Monitoring & Control
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming deliveries.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse items.
- Warehouse Operations
- Prepare and release requested items to internal departments following proper documentation procedures.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and proper handling of parts and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse area.
- Support stock transfers and material movement as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Encode inventory data and maintain updated reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Prepare inventory-related documents such as receiving reports, issuance forms, and stock monitoring sheets.
- Coordinate discrepancies and damaged items with supervisors for proper resolution.
- Coordination & Communication
- Communicate effectively with Service, Parts, and other departments regarding stock availability and requests.
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and warehouse logistics when required.
- Support team operations and perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Knowledgeable in Inventory Monitoring
- With Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License is an advantage
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
