Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to foster professional growth.
- Ensure staff adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and timely service delivery.
